Refund policy

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it and we will issue a credit for eligible
purchases. You have 14 days to inquire about an exchange or to receive a Credit to Forty-Five Social.
We do not refund. Our credit will not expire and can be used both online and in-store.


RETURN & EXCHANGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Exchanges must be completed no later than 14 days after the order is received.
  • Original invoice/receipt must accompany returned item(s) in order for exchange to be processed.
  • Original item(s) must be in original condition of when it was received and have tags attached.
  • Gift returns can only be made in stores.

NON—RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • All sale items are final sale.
  • Underwear is non-returnable .
  • Swimwear is non-returnable.
  • Gift Certificates are non-returnable.

TO RETURN AN ITEM FROM AN ONLINE ORDER

  • Shipping from your original purchase will be deducted from your credit note
  • Customers are responsible for shipping items back to Forty-Five Social. We will not pay fo the return shipping. To send back your item first email us at fcteamincssm@gmail.com.
  • Following this, if the exchange or credit note is granted, you can ship the item to: 117 Spring St. Sault Ste. Marie, ON P6A 3A2
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
