Refund policy
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it and we will issue a credit for eligible
purchases. You have 14 days to inquire about an exchange or to receive a Credit to Forty-Five Social.
We do not refund. Our credit will not expire and can be used both online and in-store.
RETURN & EXCHANGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Exchanges must be completed no later than 14 days after the order is received.
- Original invoice/receipt must accompany returned item(s) in order for exchange to be processed.
- Original item(s) must be in original condition of when it was received and have tags attached.
- Gift returns can only be made in stores.
NON—RETURNABLE ITEMS
- All sale items are final sale.
- Underwear is non-returnable .
- Swimwear is non-returnable.
- Gift Certificates are non-returnable.
TO RETURN AN ITEM FROM AN ONLINE ORDER
- Shipping from your original purchase will be deducted from your credit note
- Customers are responsible for shipping items back to Forty-Five Social. We will not pay fo the return shipping. To send back your item first email us at fcteamincssm@gmail.com.
- Following this, if the exchange or credit note is granted, you can ship the item to: 117 Spring St. Sault Ste. Marie, ON P6A 3A2
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
